To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

For more than 160 years, Boys & Girls Clubs have changed and saved young lives by providing fun, safe and constructive environments during the out-of-school hours.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore (BGCMB) is an independent 501(c)3 organization governed by a local Board of Directors. BGCMB is required to meet key program, brand, and safety requirements in order to be a chartered Boys & Girls Club.

Since 2009, BGCMB has served over 5,000 young people ages 6-18 in the greater Baltimore area.

OUR APPROACH

We believe every kid has what it takes. Our mission centers around nurturing the enormous, equal potential inside every young person by providing access to caring mentors, such as our trained Club staff; a safe place, like our Clubs; and innovative, quality programs.
